It can be a bit frustrating to do, especially if Arthur is ragdolling around the place. What you’ll need to do is sprint up to the wall and climb it, then sprint up the path to the ledge above. Once you’ve jumped over some chassis, take a look at the left of the cliff wall and you’ll see an edge you can almost reach. To get to this carriage, you’ll need to follow a path on the cliff to the left.
There’s also a vertical carriage with some gold bars and pirate rum in it, but you’ll need to do a bit of climbing to get there. In one of the carriages, you’ll find a chest that has a coin bag, some dollar bills and a large bag of jewellery you can sell.
